  • The Pet Concierge is a premium, on-demand pet care service designed for hotels, rental properties, and travelers. We provide vetted, professional caregivers to ensure every pet enjoys a comfortable, stress-free stay and every human enjoys peace of mind.

  • Our services are tailored to the specific needs of your pet! This may include:

    • Feeding & watering

    • Walks & potty breaks

    • Playtime & enrichment

    • Medication administration (non-injectable)

    • Extended pet sitting

    • Updates sent directly to the guest, always!

  • Yes! Dogs and cats are our most common guests, but we also assist with small animals (rabbits, hamsters, etc.) when appropriate care is available.

  • Absolutely. Every caregiver undergoes a background check, pet-handling experience verification, and safety and hospitality training.

  • With the guest’s permission, caregivers can access the room through the property’s approved process. During the booking process, you may choose how to provide access to your pet.

  • If hourly care exceeds 6 hours, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative options such as off-site daycare or nightly care.

  • We can accommodate most needs with advance notice. Please note any behavioral cues, routines, or medications in your booking so your caregiver is fully prepared. Please note we cannot administer injectable medication at this time.

  • Many pets are. Our caregivers are trained to use slow introductions and low-stress techniques. If we are ever in doubt, we will pause and contact you to discuss how you’d like to proceed.

  • You may cancel or reschedule through the booking link. Current cancellation policies are shown clearly before checkout.
